Story, sets, sound and actor interaction shape how players experience a haunted house. We discuss where the story begins, how the tension builds and which tasks move teams through the space. Choosing the intensity, session length and use of actors early helps you plan the set and staffing.

Venue and setup

We look at the location and floor plan together, including where to welcome guests, how teams move through the game and how staff reset it. If you have a venue in mind, send photos and a floor plan. If you are still looking, start with the district and approximate floor area.

Sessions, staffing and operating costs

A session schedule helps you estimate how many groups you can host and when you need staff, including time to reset between games. We consider rent, staffing, setup, maintenance and franchise costs separately.
